About the event
Sound healing instruments produce a high frequency vibration which our cells then mimic. Helping to relax the body and release tension within the mind and body, helping with physical and mental processing. Often allowing for better composure to deal with life's stresses or simply allowing you to wind down and a great night's sleep afterwards.
Enjoy a candlelit sound journey on the last Friday of the month with Adam Clark - a great way to mark the end of a month and set up for a new one!
Adam has been conducting sound journeys for a number of years, integrating a musical background into his sound journeys which draws from a lifetime of curiosity for the social, spiritual and psychological aspects of life. Adam is warm and welcoming and enjoys seeing everyone get the most out of their experience.
